While others may claim to be a one-step process, closer inspection will show their claims to be unfounded.  With REVOLUTION WHITENING™ system’s unique application array, the client or chair-side assistant opens the sealed sterile pouch, grasps the patented lens’s  extension to remove the sterile array.  The client simply places the tray, prefilled with a 30% carbomide peroxide formula, into the mouth and then disposes of the entire treatment array at the end of the whitening session.  At no time is any contact made with the whitening solution or tray.  No brushing of solution on the teeth is required   No foam pads or strips need be inserted.   Most importantly there is no need to insert, remove and then reinsert the tray as with bite registration systems that require syringe filling of the impression created by the client.  

REVOLUTION WHITENING™” mouth tray's extended lens innovation acts as a finger grip by which to grasp and remove the tray without the possibility of contamination by contact to the effective surface area by the client or assistant.  Previous trays required operator’s or client’s fingers to contact the tray prior to or during the administering of the whitening solution from a syringe or inserting the foam strip or pad.  The elimination of cross contamination assures that REVOLUTION WHITENING™ clients receive a completely sterile application each and every session. 

Furthermore, REVOLUTION WHITENING’S™ design team and engineering staff has solved the previously insurmountable problem of saliva transfer.  Additionally, industry wide client complaints related to the need to swallow and gag reflexes have been addressed.  This quantum leap in client safety and comfort has been affected by the integration of four (4) factory installed pads affixed to the back (open end) of the tray.  These pads both block and absorb saliva while holding the whitening solution in the target area.  No other product can make this claim. 

The Cosmetic Teeth Whitening industry has struggled with how to increase the effectiveness of LED blue light assisted whitening without raising the wave length or temperature output of the light.  Our design team has determined that the problem lies not with the light but with the ability of the tray to transmit the light to the target area.  Only REVOLUTION WHITENING™ trays are made from a food grade blue material that is designed to enhance light transmission without the degradation of the effective light waves experienced in older trays now made obsolete by our new design. 

Only trays with integrated lens’s effectively transmit light throughout the tray yielding high performance.  Unfortunately the industry has been sorely lacking in properly designed trays.  Those few that have a lens have previously sacrificed client comfort for performance.  Client comfort and performance are no longer competing issues.  The REVOLUTION WHITENING™ system's lens extension allows a space for the client’s lips to comfortably position themselves in a completely natural position against the tray.  Older designs caused discomfort from the distention of the client’s lips over the lens.
